Plan
Access ePPO is the plan for employers who want to offer their employees a PPO plan at a lower cost than a traditional PPO. Members enjoy excellent choice, value, and great benefits—all with great accessibility. And at a cost that’s close to that of a DHMO.
Access ePPO members can receive care from any of the more than 2,100 participating dentists in our Access network. The advantage of Access ePPO is that members know up front what their out-of-pocket expenses will be no matter which participating provider they visit. Not only that, the focus is on preventive care with no co-payments for diagnostic services like exams, x-rays, cleanings, or fluoride for children. Those services are fully covered to ensure optimal oral health.
Our Access ePPO gives members the same great benefits as our other PPO plans, except there’s no out-of-network coverage. The benefit to you and your employees? Affordable rates and predictable out-of-pocket expenses with thousands of dentists to choose from.

NEW! Maximum Rollover |

Beginning January 2008, all DentaQuest PPO plan members can roll over a portion of their unused annual maximum benefit dollars for use the following year (beginning 2009) and beyond. Members can save and accumulate part of their unused benefit dollars from a healthy year and use it for larger, more expensive procedures in the future—such as bridges, crowns, and root canals.
To qualify, members must receive one cleaning or one oral exam in the plan year. In addition, your paid claims must not exceed the maximum “threshold” amount of your current annual plan maximum. (DentaQuest Maximum Rollover Brochure) |
