NEW! Maximum Rollover |

Beginning January 2008, all DentaQuest PPO plan members can roll over a portion of their unused annual maximum benefit dollars for use the following year (beginning 2009) and beyond. Members can save and accumulate part of their unused benefit dollars from a healthy year and use it for larger, more expensive procedures in the future?such as bridges, crowns, and root canals.
