I am a broker interested in sending you an RFP. How do I go about doing that?
Submitting RFPs to DentaQuest couldn't be any easier. Simply go to our Broker Section, click on the Request for Proposal link and download the Request a Proposal Form. Or you may simply e-mail your request to sales@dentaquest.com. And please provide us with as much information as possible to ensure we can respond to you RFP quickly and accurately.
