CS Member Service Representative (Grafton, WI)

Position Summary: Dentaquest is adding a Member Service Representative to the CS Member Services team. This individual will provide customer service to Members by answering their telephone inquires accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Candidates for this role must possess knowledge of general computer software (MS Word, Excel and Access a plus); previous customer service experience preferably in a call center environment; excellent verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks with multiple interruptions; and excellent analytical ability.
