Benefit Examiner (Mequon, WI)

Position Summary: Doral is adding Benefit Examiner roles to the UM team. The Benefit Examiners are responsible for timely and accurate review and authorization of dental services based on eligibility and contract requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidates for the role must have 2 years of dental assisting experience or degree in dental field; the ability to read and interpret x-rays, dental models, photos, and/or patient charts; efficient PC skills (Word, Excel, and Access); good interpersonal skills with the ability to also work independently; excellent written and oral communication skills; and the ability to organize and multi-task with multiple interruptions.
